Healthy Hounds was born out of love and devotion.

Soul Man wasn’t simply my dog.

He was my heart. My constant companion. My North Star.

Becoming his steward became one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Loving him inspired a relentless pursuit of knowledge—nearly two decades spent researching nutrition, longevity, enrichment, movement, rehabilitation, integrative medicine, trusted specialists, and the countless decisions that shape a dog’s health and happiness.

Every decision had one purpose:

To help him live as fully, as joyfully, and as exceptionally as possible.

And he did.

Healthy Hounds is the culmination of that journey—and my way of sharing everything he taught me.
